it offers amazing service. the stuff are competent and fabulously friendly, giving their best to make the stay a very positive experience. the hotel has a central location in the center of hanoi.

Exceptional place, it was fairly clean and had extremely helpful staff with a good and friendly manner of the staff. The location was favourable and absolutely perfect - ease of access to Ba da Pagoda.  

Modern and luxurious accommodation with thoughtful staff with a good and friendly manner of the staff. Good and unbeatable location in the centre of Hanoi, easy to get anywhere. Based very close to the hectic maze and traffic clog that is Old Town, 

Great location! You'll find lots of nearby food spots, shopping places, and cool sites around the area. 😊 Also, the breakfast here is simply incredible and truly amazing.

The meals were outstanding. I thoroughly enjoyed the favorable and absolutely perfect location close to the center. The room was well-organized and top quality. The pool was nice. I had healthy drinks in the sushi bar. Rewritten review: I thoroughly enjoyed the outstanding 

Location is excellent and convenient as there are a few restaurants near by the hotel, only 5 - 10 mins by foot. Generally, hotel staff are helpful and is quite famous hotel in Hanoi, most taxi driver know about this hotel, so no problem if taking taxi. 

The service was mediocre for a 5-star hotel. Almost all 3/4 star hotel that I've been in Asia would beat it hands down... Overpriced for Vietnam.

The rooms are really spacious and clean, complete with a work desk and a fancy marble bathroom. Perfect for getting work done or just relaxing. The location is fantastic, especially if you're into heading to casinos and bars 🎰🍸. 

early check-in, late check-out. what a mostly very friendly and absolutely friendly staff! great and top location, a few steps away from quan su temple, appreciated this place.

We stayed in an Executive Suite and enjoyed access to the Club floors, including evening drinks and snacks, late checkout, etc. The room was very spacious and relaxing after long days of exploring the city on foot. The 

Enormous selection for breakfast, including smoked salmon and other delicious options. Convenient location right by the Melia Hanoi and close to all tourist attractions and major sites.

Besides the ladies at the door I did not find the staff helpful and my bathroom keep flooding.
